FAQs

Our editors will create a draft video in approximately 3 business days after the event is held (urgent delivery is available upon request). You will have free view and download of the draft video for your review and feedback. Two rounds of changes are included. Once your draft video is approved, a high resolution version of the video will be created and uploaded to our gallery for your free view and download.

Yes. Before your event, simply provide your high resolution logos, headings and titles with a full written videographer’s brief and video editor’s brief. We can also include your own music, or we can provide royalty free music at a fee.

The videos will be available in the Eventphotography video gallery for two years after the event is held.

Eventphotography will upload the high resolution quick teasers, highlights and vox pop interview videos to a secure gallery where you will have free view and download access. For larger footage e.g. full conference recording, will be saved to external drives and posted to you by Express Post.
